Our client, a leading solar panel manufacturing company, is seeking a Final Inspection Lead to join their team.
As a Final Inspection Lead, you will be part of the Final Inspection Department supporting Production and Quality Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, leadership skills, and strong communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2-2-3 rotating shift

Oversee final inspection processes to ensure products meet quality standards Lead and guide inspection team members, providing training and support Review and document inspection results accurately in compliance with company procedures Communicate quality issues to production teams and assist in corrective actions Maintain a clean and organized inspection area following safety guidelinesWhat’s Needed?
