Job Description主要职责/基本职能包括：
• 按出厂检验要求检测产品或者部件，使其符合标准。
• 按本地放行程序/作业指导要求对产品进行放行，使其符合要求规定。
• 根据检验结果做好相应的记录。
• 熟练使用相关检具对产品进行检测。
• 保证在检验过程中使用的文件是正确和最新修订版本。
• 对不合格品开处理单(NC单)。
• 正确隔离和标识不合格品。
• 正确识别特采物料、停止发货产品和部件等。
• 收集日常检验质量数据，协助工程师进行统计分析。
• 推动现场流程改进，提高质量控制流程和员工工作效率。
• 遵守EHS法规和方针。
• 执行其他职责和/或分配的特殊项目。
具体质量目标：
• 掌握与工作相关的最终检验等验收活动的知识，确保设备符合标准，正确处理非标准物。
• 掌握和理解停止发货、特采、静电防护、校准、预防性维护、物料标识和隔离规定、文件配置控制规范的知识，存档并处置不合格品，以及和岗位相关的最佳文件管理规范要求。
• 掌握和理解生产过程、作业指导书、文件控制，不合格品的判定和返工文件要求，以确保产品符合这些文件要求
• 理解并遵循GEHC质量手册、质量管理体系、质量管理方针、质量目标和适用的法律和法规。
• 在规定的期限内，完成所有计划内的质量和法律法规培训
• 识别、报告任何质量或法规符合性疑虑，并及时采取必需的纠正措施。
资格：
• 大专及其以上学历/同等学历，与本企业生产医疗器械相关的专业。
• 掌握当地语言的阅读,写作和表达能力。
• 良好的与人沟通和与人协作能力。
• 具备基本的计算机技能。
• 较强的学习能力。
可选资格:
• 2年相关的质量或质检经验。
• 具备一定的数据统计分析能力。
• 具备英语读写能力优先考虑。
