Job Title: Filter Service Technician

Pay: $20-25/HR

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Filter Service Technician II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service trucks, installing HVAC filters, performing inspections, cleaning debris, documenting deficiencies, and supporting warehouse and delivery operations. This position requires frequent travel, with over 50% of the time spent out of town.

Responsibilities

Drive service trucks, including 16ft box trucks, maintaining a clean driving record.Install and maintain HVAC filters efficiently.Conduct thorough inspections and clean debris from HVAC systems.Document any deficiencies accurately and promptly.Support warehouse operations and delivery processes.Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with team members.Ensure tool accountability and perform routine truck maintenance.

Essential Skills

Mechanical skills and field service experience.Basic HVAC technical knowledge.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights.Strong customer communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in basic math skills for percentages and verification.Accountability for tools and equipment maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma.Valid driver’s license and DOT physical exam clearance.Comfort with working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Experience with hand tools and providing warehouse support.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse setting that includes both indoor and outdoor environments. Safety gear such as glasses, closed-toe shoes, and long pants is required. Be prepared for exposure to hot and cold weather conditions, and meet the physical demands of standing, climbing, lifting, and engaging in extended periods of activity.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
