**Job Title: Production Assistant** Job Description The Production Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring that finished products are labeled accurately and efficiently, adhering to the company's standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role demands precision in label reconciliation and documentation, as well as ensuring the correctness of all product identification. Responsibilities + Check for accuracy of information on all items. + Visually inspect finished products to ensure quality. + Properly label finished products. + Package labeled products and prepare them for shipping. + Document label reconciliation accurately. + Promote and maintain a clean working environment. + Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Proficiency in reading and speaking English. + Ability to stand for long periods of time. + Capability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Knowledge of cGMPs and GDPs. + Skill in verifying product defects visually and determining proper labels based on color codes. Work Environment Work in a 503b outsourcing facility, primarily within a clean room environment. Employees must follow SOPs, including appropriate gowning procedures. The role involves working the first shift from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm or the second shift from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday to Thursday, with work typically required every other Friday, totaling 40-60 hours per week. The environment is highly regulated, focusing on the production of pain management products. Employees will wear a smock when not in the clean room and gown up when inside. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $23.00/hr.
