We are seeking a skilled Filling Pharmacy Technician to join our team at an onsite location in Irving. This key position within the dispensing team plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions. ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate initiative and an enthusiastic, proactive approach to work.Maintain strong attention to detail.Prioritize multiple tasks to ensure Service Level Adherence.Under the supervision of a pharmacist, pull and fill patient prescriptions.Accurately prepare medications for verification and delivery.Package all medications accurately and ensure all required paperwork is provided and accurate.Maintain patient records accurately and completely.Keep a neat and clean workstation, including all equipment needed for prescription fulfillment.Assist in inventory stocking and other duties to ensure patient care.Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA and compliance regulations.Essential Skills1 year of retail or mail order pharmacy experience.High school graduate or equivalent.TSBP or TSBP trainee license.Additional Skills & QualificationsPharmacy technician certification.Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role.Experience in retail pharmacy is a plus.Data entry skills.Experience with inventory management.Work Environment

This position is located at a closed-door pharmacy fulfillment department at 845 Regent Blvd, Irving, TX, USA. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexibility required between 7 AM and 7 PM, typically working an 8-hour shift. The environment includes a gym onsite, and contractors are encouraged to participate in all team events. The physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, and reaching outward frequently, with the ability to push/pull and lift/carry up to 15 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irving, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
