Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Mix and Blend Operator to join our team. The role involves working various shifts, including Front Half Days, Back Half Days, and Front Half Nights, with each shift lasting 12 hours. As a Mix and Blend Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining filling machines while ensuring food safety and quality protocols are adhered to. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food production environment.
ResponsibilitiesSet-up, operate, and maintain filling machines.Perform and record quality checks to ensure shelf-life integrity and package quality.Perform nominal maintenance on equipment.Perform and document CIPβS and in-process sanitation on equipment and/or area as needed.Ensure food safety and quality protocols are followed.Ensure all Safety and GMP regulations are followed at all times.Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, face shields, hearing protection, safety shoes, and gloves. π Available Shifts:Front Half Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday (6:00 AM β 6:30 PM)Back Half Days: Every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (6:00 AM β 6:30 PM)Front Half Nights: Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (6:00 PM β 6:30 AM)Back Half Nights: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday (6:00 PM β 6:30 AM)π Bonus:Receive a$12,000 bonus check after completing one full year of employment!Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
