Schedule: 3-2-2-3 Rotating | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

About the Role:

As a Filler Operator, you’ll be a key player in the production of high-quality dairy products. You’ll operate and maintain filling equipment, ensure product quality, and support a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:Operate, clean, and troubleshoot filling equipment according to SOPsManage CIP and COP processes, including chemical and temperature controlsMaintain production schedules and monitor product qualityClear line jams and restore production flowUse inventory systems for tracking and updatesSupport other production areas and train in key rolesEnsure proper hookups and online circuit competenceCover breaks and staffing needs as assignedComply with all safety, sanitation, and food safety regulationsCommunicate effectively across shifts and departmentsEssential Skills & Qualifications:Strong math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Ability to read, write, and communicate in EnglishFamiliarity with weights, measures, and production documentationAbility to operate facility equipment and interpret company materialsCompletion of all required company trainingSpecial language skills a plus when neededWork Environment:FDA-regulated facility with exposure to hot, cold, wet, and humid conditionsRotating schedule: 3 days on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 offSteel-toe shoes required (available at Walmart for approx. $25)Byrne uniform providedWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $24.50/hr.
