Fill/Pack Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry supporting medical device production, is seeking a Fill/Pack Operator to join their team. As a Fill/Pack Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of medical diagnostic test kits. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and a team-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fill/Pack Operator 3rd Shift
**Location:** Walpole, MA
**Pay Range:** $18 to $21.50 upon experience
**Shift:** 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (overnight shift)
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate fill production manufacturing equipment efficiently and accurately
+ Inspect and package finished products to ensure quality standards
+ Verify raw materials to ensure correct components and quantities are used
+ Assist support personnel in troubleshooting manufacturing issues
+ Follow production procedures and safety guidelines diligently
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and document management systems
+ Experience with print room machinery and label creation is preferred
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
