File Room Clerk
The File Room Clerk will be responsible for maintaining customer communication files. The role involves reviewing, sorting, and filing new communications received via email or interoffice mail according to the Reynolds filing system, as well as completing annual purging tasks. Additionally, the File Room Clerk will handle specific requests for contracts from Sales or other departments. They will also perform various administrative duties such as printing, updating databases, and assisting with projects as needed. This position requires excellent time management, dependability, and strong attention to detail.
