Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a File Clerk/Title Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing an extensive inventory of titles due to a significant acquisition. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a special project with prospects for future growth and potential permanent employment.

ResponsibilitiesManage and organize titles in the vault, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.Provide administrative support and assist with front desk operations.Utilize Microsoft Office applications for various clerical tasks.Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.Handle filing, scanning, and sorting of documents.Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.Writing on legal documents. Essential SkillsStrong attention to detail and typing skills.Clean and legible handwriting Quick learner Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience in clerical duties, data entry, and administrative support.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for handling file boxes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in customer service and support.Proven ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.Strong attendance record and willingness to work on Saturdays.Work Environment

The position operates from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break, requiring in-office presence with no remote work option. The work environment is business casual, prohibiting flip-flops, ripped jeans, and perfume. Although this is a contract position, there are opportunities for advancement to other roles or full-time employment within the company.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
