Job Description
Join a dynamic and expanding team that processes title work for the state of Indiana and BMV. Our software is widely used by numerous customers, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to support our growing needs.
Responsibilities
Perform clerical tasks, including filing and sorting title documents in the correct order.Handle administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents.Verify information, including VIN numbers and vehicle make/model.Follow up via email with dealerships and auction yards.Sort paperwork to ensure completeness of information.Follow up to obtain any missing documents or information needed to process titles.Provide administrative support and customer service to walk-in customers.Essential Skills
Strong customer service skills.Proficiency in data entry.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Retail, Food Service, or Gas Station environments.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Reliability, with no more than three jobs in the last five years.Work Environment
This position requires in-office work from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break and 10-minute breaks. The office environment is supportive and growing, having expanded from a team of 3 to 10 since 2020, with minimal turnover. The team is moving to a larger office space to accommodate growth.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
