Field Training Manager
The Field Training Manager delivers high‑impact training that drives practice efficiency, enhances client experience and supports firmwide growth. This role partners with subject matter experts and field leaders to develop and deliver scalable, effective training solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate a has strong working knowledge of net client acquisition, financial advice strategies and driving practice growth efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver national and large‑scale training programs to improve practice operations and advisor productivity

Training topics include but are not limited to net client acquisition tools and strategies, financial advice and operational best practices to drive advisor productivity and growth

Provide tailored, white‑glove training to top practices as needed

Partner with subject matter experts to create and update training content

Build relationships with field leaders to identify training needs and opportunities

Measure training impact and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

5+ years in training, coaching, or financial services operations

Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days

Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days

Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

Strong presentation and facilitation skills in both virtual and in‑person settings

Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across teams

Experience developing or refining training content

Knowledge of advisory practice operations is a plus

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $84,100 - $147,700 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
