Field Trainer

A Day in the Life:

As a Field Trainer, you will deliver dynamic, in-person learning experiences that support new hire onboarding and ongoing development. Your responsibilities include facilitating training in areas such as new hire, customer experience, sales, and leadership, development, ensuring programs are engaging, practical, and aligned with business objectives.

You’ll collaborate closely with local leadership on class scheduling driven by hiring needs, local performance metrics, and operational goals. In this role, you’ll maintain certifications across multiple programs, including new hire onboarding for various lines of business, customer experience, sales, safety, leadership development, and coaching and performance support.

By supporting North America Operations learning initiatives, you will play a critical role in driving new hire success, improving customer satisfaction, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering overall organizational growth.

The salary range begins at $65,000. 

What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-impact, in-person training sessions at field locations using strong facilitation and engagement techniques Collaborate with site leaders to drive a learning agenda aligned with operational needs and goals Integrate training content with real-world field experiences to enhance relevance and retention Serve as a learning coach both during and after training, reinforcing concepts and supporting on-the-job application Partner with field leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development solutions Use blended learning approaches, including hands-on demonstrations and coaching, to meet diverse learning needs Promote best practices in learning and development across all field-based training initiatives Collaborate with the Global Learning team on cross-functional projects and field-specific learning activities Provide technical support during virtual and on-site training sessions, including troubleshooting access and system issues Ensure consistency in delivering new-hire training agendas and fostering engagement in both virtual and on-site formats Facilitate training across various departments (e.g., RAC, HLE, Customer Care) as assigned and certified Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, feedback, and performance metrics to measure ROI and learning impact Continuously assess and provide actionable feedback on training content, delivery methods, and team processes that maximize training effectiveness

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development and/or Field Operations, field operational experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 25% for on-site training delivery and team collaboration Skilled in delivering clear, engaging presentations and facilitating interactive training sessions that inspire participation and maximize learning for diverse audiences Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools and familiarity with learning platforms Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Ability to influence Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations  Excellent verbal and written communication skills   Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to drive process and organizational change. Ability to motivate teams and keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
