Manpower Engineering is seeking a Field Test Coordinator for our Louisville, KY client. Long-term contract opportunity (indefinite duration). **Summary:** This role is responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the field testing of consumer appliances. Will be responsible for coordinating all shipping arrangements of packages to and from China and other regions of the world. This position also requires automobile travel in the Louisville area. **Essential Job Responsibilities** + Organizing the logistics to have the appliances (Field Units) transported and installed in participant’s homes for testing. + Be present at each installation (where practical) and document results of installation. + Proactively reach out to participants both digitally and in-person. Maintain detailed tracker/database of issues reported by participants. + Develop reports of issues from the database. + If an issue arises with a field unit being tested, you will facilitate repair with the service team. + Coordinate all arrangements of shipments of large appliances and other items to any domestic or international destination. **Qualifications:** + Want a friendly, “people person” who works well with others + Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, email and Teams software or equivalent. + Ideally, someone with shipping experience, especially international (will train) + Strong organizational skill and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately. + A self-starter and self-disciplined in accomplishing tasks. + Strong desire to learn with ability to be self-taught.If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
