Job Title: Field TechnicianJob Description

Join our team as a Field Technician, where you will play a crucial role in our field division, working with concrete walls for new building constructions. This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, ensuring the successful installation and maintenance of concrete structures.

ResponsibilitiesArrive at the shop every morning at 5:30 AM to prepare with the crew and load all necessary materials.Assist in preparing the installation area, which includes moving and shoveling materials.Set walls by placing them accurately, using a caulk gun to seal joints and corners, and tightening bolts with wrenches.Ensure walls are level and plumb during installation.Help clean up the site by removing trash and debris.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor, construction, and landscaping.Proficiency in handling concrete materials.Ability to use hand tools effectively.Capable of reading a tape measure accurately and consistently.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds frequently.Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and twist constantly.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ephrata, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
