Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Field Technician to join their team. As a Field Technician, you will be part of a dynamic group supporting PC Products customers. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Field Technician
**Location:** Columbus, OH
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide hardware support and related services for HP's PC products, including laptops, desktops, and printers.
+ Configure hardware, software, and network components while ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Diagnose and repair hardware issues on-site, collaborating with customer management and technical teams.
+ Manage multiple service events effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Educate customers about technology solutions and maintain HP's contractual commitments.
**What's Needed?**
+ Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience with a strong aptitude for learning new technology.
+ Availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays.
+ High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training is preferred.
+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage operational challenges independently.
