**Job Title: Field Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Field Technician to join our team, specializing in the beverage hospitality industry. This role involves traveling to various sites in Western NC, including cities such as Hickory, Lenoir, Forest City, and surrounding areas. The main responsibility is to mount new monitors for existing customers. The position requires someone who is mechanically inclined, with basic tool experience. Tools will be provided. As this is a customer-facing role, the candidate must possess good communication skills and be presentable. **Responsibilities** + Drive to various sites in Western NC to service customer locations. + Mount new monitors for existing customers using provided tools. + Ensure all installations are completed with precision and care. + Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction. + Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor, electrical work, and wiring. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and installation techniques. + Mechanical aptitude, ideally with HVAC, electrical, or cable technician experiencce. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and troubleshoot electrical wiring. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with experience as a helper for HVAC, electrical, or cable technicians. + Minor carpentry skills and conduit installation experience. **Work Environment** The candidate must have their own vehicle for site travel. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4/5 pm, depending on work orders. The dress code requires steel-toe shoes and work pants. This role involves hands-on work in various locations, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fletcher, North Carolina. It does require travel - please me mindful you may cover a 2 -3 hour radius from Fletcher. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
