Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join our team. This role involves going on service calls using a company truck to service electrical panels. Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing panels, placing orders, and performing maintenance on wastewater and storm systems. The position requires flexibility, as technicians may be called for emergencies at various hours.
ResponsibilitiesService electrical panels and troubleshoot issues.Perform maintenance on wastewater and storm systems.Handle emergency calls outside regular working hours.Complete three jobs per day involving commercial and industrial sites.Essential SkillsExperience working as a field/service technician.Proficiency in electrical systems, including panel servicing and wiring.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with pumps and wastewater, sewage, or water treatment plants.Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsDriver's license required.Experience with mechanical systems and installations.Knowledge of PLCs and panel building.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a non-climate-controlled shop with an electrical manager and a team of 5-6 assemblers and pump mechanics. This is a first shift position with hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
