**Job Title:** Field Technical Support Technician
**Location:** Support is provided on-site at customer locations; this role requires 50% travel to support clients and training needs.
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide on-site technical support for HP printing press systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
+ Deliver proactive and reactive services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
+ Assist customers by offering comprehensive overviews of installation activities and site-specific information.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements, make recommendations, and ensure effective business controls through review and analysis.
+ Coordinate with various departments to monitor process execution and foster positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree in a technical field or a Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
+ Strong knowledge of customer relationship management, technical support, and field service management.
+ Ability to work independently with limited supervision and handle moderately complex assignments.
+ Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
+ Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support customer needs and training.
