**Our client, Data Processing is seeking a Field Technical Support Consultant II to join their team. As a Field Technical Support Consultant II, you will be part of the Field Services Department supporting customer PC and printer hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.** **Job Title:** Field Technical Support Consultant II **Location:** Everett, WA **Pay Range:** $22.01 – $28.82/hr **What’s the Job?** 1. Provide on-site hardware support and break/fix services for laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers. 2. Configure, install, and repair hardware and software, including simple network components. 3. Troubleshoot technical/mechanical hardware issues and assist in escalation action plans. 4. Maintain customer satisfaction by managing service events and educating customers on technology. 5. Document service events and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies. **What’s Needed?** 1. Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using tools for hardware repair. 2. Onsite, customer-facing experience with PC/printer hardware. 3. Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, crawling, and sitting. 4. High School diploma or equivalent; additional hardware/technical training preferred. 5.
