Field Support Specialist
Job Title: Field Support SpecialistJob Description The Execution & Content Operations Specialist is tasked with enhancing national and key account execution through managing communication workflows, ensuring content accuracy, and optimizing distributor-facing operations. The role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy, accessibility, and alignment of field-facing materials, platforms, and data, thereby enabling effective execution across sales, category, distributor, and agency partners. Responsibilities + Compile and collect monthly Key Account execution communications to support national and priority accounts. + Ensure completeness of communications through proactive outreach when required materials are missing. + Convert execution content into presentation-ready formats for internal field platforms. + Track communication completion and compliance; publish finalized materials across internal platforms. + Conduct monthly user testing for Pocket Guide updates and new content. + Ensure accessibility of activation call and field-platform links for third-party distributors. + Maintain content accuracy and usability across field-facing tools. + Archive historical execution and sell-in materials in a centralized document library. + Track live attendance for monthly activation calls and review engagement metrics. + Provide insights to support content optimization and improved field execution. + Maintain distributor communication lists and reconcile contact data with internal reporting systems. + Ensure SKU accuracy across internal execution tools and manage system update requests. + Support planogram enhancements for top Key Accounts. + Review and resolve distributor execution and audit disputes through compliance platforms. + Deliver monthly reporting on dispute trends and resolutions. + Update and distribute audit agency training materials to align with execution standards. + Monitor shared execution inboxes and route issues to appropriate teams. + Identify enhancement opportunities across execution calculators and tools. + Analyze incentive engagement trends and support leadership requests related to execution mechanics. Essential Skills + Proficiency in content operations and trend analysis. + Experience in key account and distribution management. + Ability to perform data analysis. + 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, execution, content operations, or commercial support. + Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows and systems. + Comfortable reviewing engagement data and identifying trends. + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. + Experience in CPG, DSD, or distributor environments preferred. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with four days onsite and one day working from home. The position is based in Santa Monica, CA. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and potentially transition into a permanent position. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Santa Monica, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
