Job Title: Field SuperintendentJob Description

This position involves supervising a crew of employees and skilled tradesmen on various projects. It is a hands-on supervisory role that includes tasks such as building, welding, fabricating, and erecting new steel buildings and pre-engineered metal buildings. The role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and involves direct communication between the field crew and management staff, while ensuring all safety procedures and protocols are followed.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise a crew of employees and skilled tradesmen on various projects.Assist with building, welding, fabricating, and wherever needed.Erect new steel buildings and build out pre-engineered metal buildings.Read and interpret blueprints accurately.Communicate directly with management staff.Follow all safety procedures and protocols.Perform structural welding including FluxCore Hardwire, MIG, and Stick welding.Essential SkillsExperience in industrial construction.Proficiency in superintendent roles within iron working, pre-engineered metal building, and structural/maintenance welding divisions.Skills in overhead dock and door construction, carpentry, welding, structural steel, structural welding, iron work, steel fabrication, and steel erection.Ability to read blueprints and perform formwork.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in welding, iron work, steel work, and new construction.Experience in industrial construction projects.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
