Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Field Services Specialist Client Support to join their team. As a Field Services Specialist Client Support, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting internal end-user services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Field Services Specialist Client Support
**Location:** Onsite in St. Louis, MO. This role offers an optional Flex (work from home) day during the week after 90 days. Field support role.
**Pay Range:** $30.00 to $36.00
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide internal end-user support for hardware, software, and networking solutions across the organization.
+ Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployment of IT equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, and conference room technology.
+ Manage support tickets via ServiceNow and handle support requests independently to ensure timely resolution.
+ Support mobile devices and conference room equipment to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
+ Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to ensure continuous support coverage.
**What's Needed?**
+ 3-5+ years of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment.
+ Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, imaging, and deployment, especially with HP and Lenovo devices.
+ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft 365 applications.
+ Experience with enterprise tools such as remote support software, VPN, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver high-touch client support in a fast-paced setting.
