Your Role:
As a Field Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing Subject Matter Expert advice on engines, avionics and military systems that require engineering approval.
You will also have accountability for:
The provision of AOG support that delivers maintenance and trouble-shooting advice to the customerThe provision of continuous training to maintenance to personnel when requestedThe provision of away base assistance to facilitate the maintenance and repair of aircraftsThe provision of assistance in resolving the aircrafts parts shortages and/or provisioning issuesAssisting in reducing nil fault found occurrencesAssisting in drafting technical instructions and/or proceduresProvision of clarification for the aircraft systems and maintenance procedures within delegated authorityIdentifying and recommending alternative tooling and support equipmentDeveloping, recommending and reporting on corrective actions taken to maximise aircraft system operational capability, availability, readiness, safety and longevityAbout You:
The ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA security clearance at NV1 and ASIC requirementsExtensive C27-J or equivalent flight-line troubleshooting experience, preferably within mainline operationsA minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Certifying staff memberA minimum of 10 years aviation maintenance experienceA minimum of 3 years’ experience on Airlift type aircraftDemonstrated working knowledge of DASR regulationsProject Management qualificationsAbility to teach and mentorAbility to communicate effectively with all levels within a multi-disciplinary teamStrong technical and problem-solving skillsWhat we Offer:
