Field Service Technician Direct Hire in HANOVER, PA $30-$34/hr depending on experience level Manpower is assisting a great company local to Hanover, PA in hiring a Field Service Technician that will be responsible for assembling machines and sub-assemblies, installing machines in customer facilities, and providing technical service and support both in[1]house and at customer sites. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble machines and sub-assemblies according to specifications, including plumbing hydraulics and pneumatics. • Perform in-house demonstrations and customer-site installations. • Tune and adjust machines to ensure optimal operation. • Troubleshoot and repair machines both remotely and onsite. • Install retrofit accessories and rebuild or refurbish existing machines. • Communicate with customers regarding maintenance and operation issues. • Use PLC troubleshooting and programming skills to resolve machine issues. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in machine assembly, machining, or service support roles preferred. • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, often on short notice. • Proficient with computers and MS Office. • Experience with PLCs, mechanical schematics, and assembly blueprints.
