Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will perform repairs and last-minute checks on equipment. You will troubleshoot equipment and communicate effectively with customers regarding machine issues and operation. This role involves traveling nationwide to customer sites and providing phone support when not onsite. Expect to be home on the weekends.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and last-minute checks on equipment.Troubleshoot equipment and interface with customers.Train operators on use of equipment.Install new equipment at customer worksites.Travel nationwide to customer sites for service.Provide phone support when not onsite.

Essential Skills

3 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.1 year of automation troubleshooting experience.1 year of customer service experience.Experience with repair, packaging machinery, and filling machines is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred experience in traveling and field service.Experience in GMP environments is beneficial.

Work Environment

Training hours are from 7am to 3:30pm in Sturtevant. Expect to travel 75% or more after training period.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
