We are seeking a dynamic and mechanically minded Field Service Technician who thrives in an autonomous work environment and is comfortable with traveling up to 50% of the time across the region. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, requiring a strong communicator who can confidently interact with customers and build trust. The ideal candidate will possess a high sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability to embrace change and continuously build their technical expertise. A valid driver’s license is necessary for visiting multiple customer sites.
Responsibilities
+ Travel up to 50% of the time within a 4-hour radius and potentially to other states if needed.
+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
+ Interact with customers to explain findings and build trust.
+ Work independently and manage your own schedule.
+ Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards.
+ Use technology such as service software, tablets, and measurement instruments effectively.
+ Troubleshoot in dynamic, fast-paced environments while staying calm under pressure.

Work Environment
This role involves traveling to various customer sites, including clean rooms, and working on equipment such as fume hoods, biosafety cabinets, medical HVAC systems, laminar flows, and autoclaves. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to adapt to different conditions and maintain a high standard of safety and regulatory compliance. Dress code requires a clean and professional appearance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Medical: 100% for Employee & all Dependents Dental & Vision: 100% for Employee, 85% for dependents 401K: 3% Match PTO: Uncapped. Just don’t abuse it and we will never track.
