**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Field Service Technician, your primary responsibility will be building machines and troubleshooting customers' machinery to ensure proper adjustments and functionality. This role involves utilizing blueprints to construct customized machines, wiring electrical panels, and troubleshooting machinery through PLCs. You will travel 20-30% of the time, with domestic travel involving one overnight stay for 4-6 days a month, and may include one international trip per year. **Responsibilities** + Build and troubleshoot machinery for customer adjustments. + Utilize blueprints for machine construction. + Wire electrical panels and troubleshoot through PLCs. + Provide technical assistance and communication with customers regarding their machinery. + Utilize machine operation and maintenance manuals, drawings, blueprints, and schematics for troubleshooting. + Coordinate follow-up on parts, documents, and other results from service calls, emails, and field trips. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician. + Troubleshooting experience. + Experience in machine rebuilds and assembly. + Ability to wire panels and work with PLCs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Frankfort, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
