**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description**
The role of a Field Service Technician involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at client locations. This includes diagnosing technical issues, providing customer support, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting all work performed. The technician will travel to sites, troubleshoot complex problems, test and calibrate equipment, and train clients on proper usage. A strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, communication proficiency, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Travel to client sites to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.
+ Troubleshoot complex technical problems.
+ Test and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
+ Provide training to clients on proper equipment usage.
+ Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.

**Work Environment**
This position primarily involves on-site work at customer locations to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs. The technician will adhere to the safety measures of the customer's plant while working both independently and as part of a team.

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
