As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. **Position Summary:** The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of systems and equipment at customer sites. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, customer service, and the ability to work independently in the field. **Key Responsibilities:** + Install, configure, and test systems and components at customer locations. + Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on-site. + Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally. + Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users. + Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. + Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in good working order. + Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. + Travel to customer sites as required (local and/or regional). **Qualifications:** + Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 2+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and customer service abilities. + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. + Proficient with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software tools. + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.50/hr.
