Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing heavy industrial equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and engines. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting heavy equipment and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\n\nDiagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues on heavy equipment.\nPerform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.\nTroubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions independently.\nMaintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.\nTravel locally with a company-provided service vehicle.\nOperate independently in the field and in-shop settings.\nCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding equipment status and repair needs.\n\nApproximately 90% of the role involves traveling to various job sites or working on-site. \nDuring downtimes, the technician will work within the shop. \nTravel Compensation: Each field technician can take their truck home. \nTravel time starts from their house to the first job site. \nIf they are working from the shop, it begins when they arrive at the shop.
