Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to various mine sites worldwide to assist in the construction of newly purchased OEM equipment. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the assembly projects of mining trailers, ensuring proper coordination and execution with the team, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues as they arise.

ResponsibilitiesTravel globally to assist in the assembly of new OEM equipment.Efficiently manage the project assembly of mining trailers.Coordinate with teams to ensure proper installation processes.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues.Use schematics and blueprints daily.Organize product and assembly/installation processes timely.Communicate and provide quotes to customers throughout the order process.Manage, solve, and report issues during the project.Essential SkillsMechanical knowledgeTroubleshooting skillsAssembly and repair capabilitiesAbility to read blueprints and schematicsKnowledge of construction and preventive maintenanceExperience with hydraulics, electrical, and pneumaticsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience in customer service working directly with customersAbility to lead and solve problems during the assembly processWillingness to travel more than half of the yearWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $750000.00/yr.
