Job Description
The Service Technician is responsible for assembling machines and sub-assemblies, installing machines in customer facilities, and providing technical service and support both in-house and at customer sites. The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, comfortable working independently or with a team, and capable of troubleshooting issues in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position requires travel—up to 50%—to support customer installations and service needs.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble machines and sub-assemblies with precision and accuracy.Install machines in customer facilities, ensuring proper setup and functionality.Provide technical service and support both in-house and at customer sites.Troubleshoot issues in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Travel up to 50% to support customer installations and service needs.Essential SkillsProficiency in machine building and electrical assembly.Ability to read complex assembly blueprints and electrical or pneumatic schematics.Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming software.Strong skills in wiring, preventive maintenance, and repair.Capability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic components using a multi-meter.Demonstrated mechanical, assembly, and service technician abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to travel worldwide to customer facilities by both ground and air traffic, often on short notice—minimum of 25% of time.Ability to use a variety of machine trade measuring equipment.Demonstrates team leadership skills.Adaptable to changes in the work environment and capable of managing competing demands.Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.Why Work Here

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $70720.00/yr.
