**Job Title: Field Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to assist with the delivery and setup of pumps at client sites. This role involves loading, unloading, delivering, and setting up pump equipment and accessories. **Responsibilities** + Assist customers by ensuring all pumping equipment and accessories are delivered or picked up. + Ensure equipment is safely loaded on the truck for over-the-road travel. + Review all items with the customer to ensure completeness and accuracy. + Document logs of mileage and deliveries. + Assist in the setup of pumping equipment. + Instruct customers on equipment operation and address their queries. + Account for, determine the condition, and return all rental equipment to the branch. + Conduct daily on-site service calls to diagnose and repair minor service issues. + Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call service schedule. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of driving experience required. + 1+ years of mechanical experience needed. + Knowledge of pumps, hand tools, and blueprints. + Experience in troubleshooting, pump assembly, water treatment, installation, and maintenance. + Mechanical repair, assembly, and service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic mechanical ability and working knowledge of diesel-powered equipment. + Good sense of direction and ability to read a map. + Experience loading or unloading construction equipment is helpful. + Willingness to set up equipment correctly is very important. + Driving experience is essential, but no specific license is required for driving a Ford 450. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, life insurance, and short-term/long-term disability insurance.
