**Job Title: Field Service Technician**
**Job Description**
This remote field service position requires traveling 75% of the time across the US, Europe, and Canada, with 25% of the work being conducted from home. The technician will independently install, troubleshoot, and support automated packaging equipment at customer sites, delivering exceptional service experiences. Candidates must live within two hours of a major airport for travel purposes.
**Responsibilities**
+ Independently install, troubleshoot, and support automated packaging equipment at customer sites.
+ Provide exceptional service experiences and deliver user-friendly machines.
+ Conduct top-tier training and ensure the machine is the best in the plant.
+ Test and assemble machines, ensuring project success and quality assurance.
+ Conduct quality audits on full machines and maintain strong customer relations.
+ Identify and promote retrofit opportunities and conduct service contracts.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong self-direction and hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
+ Experience with diesel, automation, PLC troubleshooting, HMI, and schematics.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Field Service Experience on Packaging Equipment or Similar.

This is a Permanent position based out of Alexandria, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
