**Job Title: HVAC Field Service Technician** **Job Description** The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and servicing all trailers in the field. These activities should be conducted in a timely and cost-efficient manner with a strong focus on safety. The company prioritizes safety and customer service, and all company vehicles are equipped with cameras. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs to mobile office trailers, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair. + Coordinate with the Branch Coordinator to schedule and manage field activity with an emphasis on safe and efficient time on site. Complete daily work orders and service orders via the Field Service Application. + Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment, tools, parts, and VAPS needed for service tasks. + Maintain trucks and vans in proper condition, proactively scheduling all service needs. + Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person, explaining all repairs and services to customers. **Essential Skills** + High School diploma or GED + Clean driving record + 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service work + Carpentry knowledge with some plumbing and electrical experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with HVAC is ideal **Why Work Here?** Employees start with 25 paid leave days a year, which includes 11 vacation days, 2 personal days, and 12 holidays annually.
