We’re seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support a variety of field service, installation, and troubleshooting needs across residential and small business environments. The role involves working with general low voltage systems, basic wiring, and legacy equipment as needed.

Skills and Requirements
• Experience in a customer facing or fast paced service role
• Comfortable with ladders, physical work, and extensive driving
• Basic low voltage experience (cable, wiring, terminations)
• Willing to learn older landline and hardwired systems
• Reliable, growth minded, and adaptable
• Comfortable driving personal vehicle (30-45k miles/year) until conversion • Low voltage troubleshooting experience
• Previous security, electricity, internet industry service experience
