We boldly go. **_Position Overview:_** _The Field Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support. This role plays a crucial role to deliver the highest standards of service in the most efficient manner to maintain customer plant and equipment as installed on site covered by our maintenance and service contract. The goal is to maximize service technician productivity and enhance the overall customer experience and improve operational technical processes, whilst coaching and supporting the team in the region. This role will be based when not on sites in the Totton office, Hampshire, UK_ **_Key Responsibilities:_** **_Customer and Technical:_** _·_ _Ability to diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits._ _·_ _Attend customer sites to carry out work for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Customer Breakdowns, Warranty work, Hire and Commissioning workloads._ _·_ _Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact._ _·_ _Collaboration with Service desk, Sales, and Operations Team: Establish strong communication channels to share key customer insights._ _·_ _Able to use cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units._ _·_ _Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders._ _·_ _Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service._ _·_ _Communications with supervisors, regions service managers and senior technicians, and customers on updates and to drive continuous improvement._ **_Internal Controls and Administration:_** **_·_** **_Proven experience in service or field-based technician role._** **_·_** **_Proven experience in leading a field service team_** **_·_** **_Experience in coaching and monitoring team performance and development plans_** **_·_** **_Strong knowledge of customer service principles._** **_·_** **_Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate technicians to deliver customer experiences_** **_·_** **_Effective communication skills_** **_·_** **_Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities._** **_·_** **_Proficiency in using, Apps, diagnostic software, and MS Office Suite._** **_Skills and Capabilities:_** _·_ _Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage_ _·_ _Leading teams across remote geography is an advantage_ _·_ _People and communication skills with a positive mindset_ _·_ _Able to work with minimal supervision._ _·_ _Appropriate skilled based certificates with F-Gas_ _·_ _Able to cover standby and call outs on a planned scheduled basis to include weekday, weekends and bank holidays_ _·_ _Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite._ _·_ _UK Drivers licence as a company vehicle will be allocated_ _·_ _Right to Work status confirmed for Country of application._ **You can look forward to:** · Competitive salary and benefits including pension, healthcare, life insurance and wellbeing platforms. · Company vehicle · A fast-paced working environment · An excellent working culture and community · A structured induction plan with continued learning and development. · A key role where you can make a direct contribution to our business.
