Job Description:

FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ANALYST

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Field Service Representative Analyst at Iron EagleX (IEX), a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Field Service Representative Analyst, you'll work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
● Provide desk-side training to analysts
● Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
● Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows 
● Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps

● Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
● Remain current on latest platform features and capabilities 

● Staff the help desk by responding to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues

● Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions

● Consistently communicate product or user issues to the team 


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The Field Service Representative Analyst must have:
● Experience with Palantir platforms, i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.

● Technical background with working knowledge of Python, Java, and/or JavaScript/typescript 

● Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations 

● Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner 

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

● Security clearance level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility; US citizenship required
● Role requirements: 5 days onsite; up to 25% travel (CONUS/OCONUS)

Highly preferred qualifications include:

● Recent hands-on experience with Palantir platforms.

● Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders

● Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience

The likely salary range for this position is $117,300 - $158,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
