**Job Title: Mechanic/Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking three dedicated Mechanic/Service Technicians to join a dynamic and growing company. This role involves a combination of shop and field service work, where you will service and maintain larger power distribution rental equipment. The equipment primarily consists of industrial diesel compressors and generators, with the possibility of working on HVAC equipment and compressed air treatment components. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and service on industrial diesel compressors and generators. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues. + Conduct preventive maintenance on all rental equipment. + Utilize CDI and Munters for diagnostic and repair purposes. + Read and interpret electrical schematics and hydraulic flow drawings. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a mechanic or service technician. + Proficiency in diesel, compressor, and generator maintenance. + Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including knowledge up to 480-V AC/DC. + Experience with electrical engines and controllers. + Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic flow drawings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of power distribution systems. + Experience in both shop and field environments. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Why Work Here?** Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) plan, and various insurance options. You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. **Work Environment** This position involves working both indoors and outdoors within a two-hour radius of the Enola area, covering locations such as Lancaster, Reading, Harrisburg, and York. You will be home every night. The role operates primarily during the first shift with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. One week per month, you will be on call after hours, for which you will receive additional compensation. A company vehicle and specialty tools are provided, though you must have your own mechanic tool set. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Enola, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $38.00/hr.
