Job Title: Field Service Manager

Job Description

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in estimating methods through field measurements and blueprints using advanced takeoff software, with training provided. You will interface with supply center salespeople to identify job requirements, specified products, and scopes of work. Additionally, you will manage a subcontracted labor force to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for job site deployment and oversee contract fulfillment to meet required expectations. Your responsibilities will include cost containment regarding labor and materials consumption, and identifying potential conflicts between product specification and scope of work. As proficiency is reached in primary duties, responsibilities may extend to full proposal generation.

ResponsibilitiesEstimate methods using field measurements and blueprints via takeoff software.Interface with salespeople to determine job requirements and scopes of work.Manage subcontracted labor force adhering to corporate guidelines.Fulfill contract requirements in the field.Control costs regarding labor and materials consumption.Identify conflicts between product specifications and scopes of work.Generate full proposals as proficiency in primary duties is achieved.Essential SkillsProject management experience.Proficiency in Salesforce software.3+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in the field.Fluent understanding of exterior building construction processes.Strong knowledge of window/siding quality control and construction safety compliance.Ability to interpret blueprints and scopes.Additional Skills & QualificationsSpecial focus in exterior claddings and windows is advantageous.Working knowledge of digital estimating software preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to drive company fleet vehicles.Work Environment

The position is full-time with working hours from 7am to 12pm onsite, followed by fieldwork, and completion of tasks remotely. You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages idea-sharing, learning, and curiosity. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
