Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to assist HVAC service technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs in the field. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary resource for technical questions and on-site problem resolution, ensuring that all technicians adhere to safety protocols and company procedures. This role involves direct communication with homeowners, providing clear and empathetic explanations to help customers make informed decisions, address concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesAssist HVAC service technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs in the field.Serve as the go-to resource for technical questions and on-site problem resolution.Ensure technicians follow safety protocols and company procedures.Communicate directly with homeowners to explain system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.Provide clear, professional, and empathetic explanations to help customers make informed decisions.Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.Mentor and train service technicians to improve technical skills and customer service.Monitor daily service schedules and assist in dispatching as needed.Ensure timely and accurate completion of service reports and documentation.Collaborate with office staff to streamline service operations and improve efficiency.Essential SkillsHVAC service and troubleshooting expertiseField service managementMechanical repair knowledgeStrong customer service skillsInstallation and preventive maintenance proficiencyPLC troubleshooting capabilityAdditional Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in HVAC service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.EPA Certification and relevant HVAC licenses as required by state/local regulations.Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $104000.00/yr.
