Field Service Manager $45+HR
**Job Title: Field Service Manager $40-45+HR + OT** 100% Travel working with conveyor systems **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Manager to oversee the installation and maintenance of conveyor systems at client sites. You will play a critical role in managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and providing support to both clients and on-site teams. **Responsibilities** + Manage conveyor system installation and maintenance projects at client sites. + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal teams. + Provide hands-on assistance to Millwrights and Electricians to ensure proper decommissioning and installation of conveyor systems. + Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. + Supervise on-site project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure project and client compliance. + Resolve any project-related issues and develop contingency plans as necessary. + Supervise and instruct field service technicians to ensure scope of work is being met on time, within budget, and to client expectations. + Provide training and support to clients on conveyor system operations and maintenance. + Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. + Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in management, preferably in the conveyor industry. + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products. + Experience working with Conveyor Systems. + Electrical Knowledge, Project management, AutoDesk, CRM, ERP, Pneumatics, Repair, Mechanical electrical, Scheduling coordinating, Field service management, Automation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School or GED equivalent. + Post high school certification/degree in machining preferred. + 3 years of experience in precision metal working machinery. + Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, up to 90% of the time. + Experience with Intralox Sorters is a plus. + Understanding of Spanish is a plus. + Proficient to excellent typing skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with over 100 years of history, known for its investment in employees through holiday cookouts and lunch-ins.
