Our client, a leader in medical device support and healthcare technology, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting customer service and technical operations.
**Job Title:** Field Service Engineer | Contract to Hire
**Location:** Remote | will be required to travel across NY / NJ
**Pay Range:** $40-$43/HR
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide on-site technical support and remedial service for medical systems and products
+ Perform preventative maintenance, product installation, and upgrades
+ Assist customers and bio-medical engineers with technical issues
+ Complete detailed documentation of service calls and transfer reports
+ Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality
**What's Needed?**
+ Minimum 2 years of field service experience servicing medical equipment
+ Degree in BSEE, biomedical engineering, electronics, or related field
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver medical equipment as needed
