Field Service Coordinator
Job Title: Field Service Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to join our team. The role involves data entry, managing orders and service tickets, and coordinating service purchase orders. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting of service tickets using our business ERP system. Responsibilities + Enter data by taking information from Excel and importing it into SAP for orders and tickets. + Maintain accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting of service tickets utilizing the business ERP system. + Coordinate service purchase orders in the business ERP system. + Create service quotes based on the planned scope of work and information provided. + Act as a liaison for inter-company service billings. Essential Skills + Proficiency in data entry, order entry, and administrative support. + Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel. + Strong clerical and order processing skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Data entry experience, specifically with Microsoft Excel, is a plus. + 2-3 years of experience in administrative or data entry roles. + Ability to absorb information quickly and willingness to undergo training. Work Environment You will work fully onsite from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM as part of a team of six. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
