Job Title: Field Service Coordinator
Job Description
The Field Service Coordinator will engage in various support activities as part of the Field Service execution team to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Professionally answer and disposition incoming phone calls to main Field Service phone lines, determining appropriate actions or routing calls to the correct person.Monitor the Field Service email inbox, determine proper actions required, and respond to emails as necessary to customers, representatives, and service centers.Create work orders for technician field visits, schedule inside technicians based on customer needs and technician availability, or coordinate with service centers to convey customer needs. Follow up with Service Centers on open work orders to update completion status.Process inbound service request documentation from customers and representatives, job reports from technicians, and file or upload them according to department processes.Update and maintain customer portals for new and open work order scheduling and completion progress as assigned.Request Certificates of Insurance (COI) from the insurance carrier per customer requirements.Enter Maintenance Plans and create maintenance work orders as required.Add or update asset (installed product) details as required.Receive Service Center invoices and process them in accordance with department procedures.Essential Skills
Customer service skillsOrder entry skillsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the Field Service industry is a plus.Salesforce experience is a plus.Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
