Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in your area. As a part of this role, you will recruit local businesses to participate in the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and local contractors to approach potential businesses, present the program, qualify them, assist with their application, drive community referrals, and organize recruitment events. This role involves travel up to two hours driving distance and offers commission earnings for each successful partner conversion.
Responsibilities
+ Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
+ Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest from prospective businesses.
+ Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process while managing activities in Salesforce.
+ Assist the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events, such as lunch and learns or town hall meetings.
+ Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
+ Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.
+ Proficiency with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
+ Experience in account management and customer service.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience.
+ Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
+ Field sales experience is a plus.
+ Previous experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is advantageous.
+ Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for field applicants.
+ Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology.
+ Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.
Work Environment
The role supports various regions including areas near St. Cloud/St. Paul and Minneapolis, such as Roseville, Vadnais Heights, New Brighton, Lake Elmo, and White Bear Lake. You will be in the field four days a week, with one day working from home. The position offers uncapped commission, mileage compensation at $0.70 per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense. There is potential for extension up to two years, and you will build valuable partnerships within your local community.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
