Be part of a high‑impact initiative designed to support local businesses across Brooklyn, Long Island, and the Bronx! In this role, you’ll be on the front lines building relationships, sharing a brand‑new delivery partnership opportunity, and helping small businesses unlock new growth. You’ll collaborate closely with a Field Manager and a motivated team of local contractors to identify potential partners, pitch the program, qualify leads, and guide businesses through a smooth onboarding experience.

💰 Base Hourly Rate + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement

What You’ll DoEngage with local businesses face‑to‑face throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx to introduce a new delivery partner program.Deliver compelling, friendly pitches that spark interest and drive applications.Qualify businesses and support them through every step of the application process while managing activity in Salesforce.Partner with the Field Manager to plan and execute recruitment events—lunch & learns, town halls, and more.Build relationships with influential community organizations, such as local chambers of commerce and economic development groups.Import and manage Excel-based lead lists in Salesforce on a weekly basis.What You Bring1–2+ years of field sales experience with a track record of success.Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.Experience in door-to-door, outside, or territory-based sales.Bilingual skills highly preferred — priority given to Spanish, Mandarin, or Russian speakerWork Environment & PerksFully in‑field sales role, up to five days a week in Brooklyn, Long Island, or the the Bronx.Candidates may reside in Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, or Long Island.Uncapped commission, plus bonuses tied to application processing and successful launches.$50 monthly phone stipend included.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
