Job Description:

Regional Manager will execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals. This position focuses on effective leadership of field sales associates, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nBachelor´s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing or Animal Science.\n3+ Years sales experience working with leading multi- functional teams\nHighly desirable Business acumen in Veterinary industry\nPeople Management experience in a mentoring/coaching or line manager role\nAvailability to travel 70% of time is needed.\nStrong Communication skills\n\nWhat will be your key responsibilities?\nAchieve profitable sales growth objectives within assigned region through leadership of District Sales Managers\nAchieve product penetration and focus objectives within assigned region\nImplement the Royal Canin Veterinary sales strategy and sales process within the assigned region\nCoach and develop District Managers to help them build their business, achieve growth objectives and KPIs\nDevelop a High-Performance Team Collaboration environment through engagement of direct reports, coach and develop team to meet current responsibilities and prepare them for personal and professional growth.\nRespond to elevated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nAttend trade shows, exhibitions and company meetings as required.
