Field Sales manager - Kolkata

About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you'll build on your foundational sales skills, engaging more directly with clients and playing a key role in executing sales strategies. You'll balance customer interactions with data-driven insight to support negotiations, contributing to the overall sales performance of the organization. This role is essential in bridging client needs with our offerings and supporting first-class sales operations.

Basic Function

 

To develop profitable new business for Print products within specified territories and accounts

To work closely with the Marketing and the Publishing teams and support their activities.

 

Essential Duties and responsibilities

 

To sell all Print products and services to meet agreed sales budgets.Responsible for growth of overall region, including channel management, team management.Identifying newer market segment and opportunities to grow the business(nursing).Responsible in directing the subordinate in securing the adoption and opening new accounts in the region.To develop and implement customer and territory sales plans.To aggressively market and promote the Print products in all institutions across health markets.To work closely with the marketing teams and support all the marketing activities.To develop KOL in the specified subject areas.To initiate leads in the local publishing program.To work closely with al the Distributors and Vendors for soliciting orders.To prepare and submit management information reports.Maintaining and updating customer database.

 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Essentials:

 

Master's Degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.Minimum 5-7 years sales experience.Independent, self-organized, prioritized with good time management and planning skills.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.Accountable, hard-working, honest with high morality.
